So, the training was by far the most intense thing I've ever done in my entire life. Because I was running 100 miles a week minimum for a good few weeks. And we had to do something called a simulation week, which is a test week to see whether you're ready mentally and physically. So you run 20 miles a day and then finish on a marathon.
