Chapter 1: What shocking news story is covered at the beginning?
All America, all the time. Sit down, buckle up, and get ready for The Dan Bongino Show. All right, I just need to get kind of right into the show today. So it'll make sense in a moment. Usually, you know, being in the talk space and content space and doing briefings and all my prior jobs... I have these kind of well-thought-out paths I want to go in a show, whatever.
I can't say so much of that for the beginning of today's show. I really – I can't. It'll make sense in a minute. So let me just get right to it.
Chapter 2: How does the host feel about the current state of global affairs?
Folks, sometimes, you know, talk about a perfect but unintended – Entrance into the show. Feel like the world is getting more unstable and chaotic every day. A lot of people do. Everywhere you look, there's a crisis, a controversy, conflict. Catastrophe, you can't control what happens out there, but you can control how you prepare for it. Reduce your anxiety about emergencies by preparing.
I don't care what people call me, a prepper or anything else. You're damn right, I prepare. And you should prepare too.
Chapter 3: What does the host say about preparedness in uncertain times?
You can make sure that no matter what happens, you have the basics covered in case one of these disasters reaches your doorstep. I live in a hurricane zone. People have tornadoes. There's this big blizzard snowstorm up in the northeast right now.
you know things like having enough food to eat when the shelves are empty and having preparedness supplies should be basics for every family out there when it comes to my family's food security i trust and use my patriot supply i've used them forever They've helped lots of Americans, me included, and my family get prepared. They have over 90,000 five-star reviews.
Right now, you can get their best-selling three-month emergency food supply for $100 off. I have, I don't know, eight to 10 of these. I've lost count at this point.
Chapter 4: How does Gavin Newsom's recent statement affect his political future?
My Patriot Supply almost never offers a deal like this. To take advantage, go to preparewithdan.com. That's preparewithdan.com. The food kit gives you 2,000 calories a day to keep you alive, lasts up to 25 years, and best of all, it's $100 off for a limited time. Better to have them and not need them than to need them and not have them. It's the only way I can tell you, folks.
Go to preparewithdan.com. Get yours today. That's preparewithdan.com. All right, fellas.
Chapter 5: What details emerged about the Mar-a-Lago gunman?
Let's go. Here we go. Bell always gets me in the mood. So I've got Sean Farish coming up later on the show. I know folks in the Bongino Army love Sean. I love Sean. Started his careers doing Donald Trump impersonations that are uncannily good, and now has turned into just an incredible commentator himself. He's coming up later, so please don't miss that.
You know, just, can you guys throw up that tweet from Seth Dillon? You know, Seth Dillon from the Babylon Bee is a really, really good guy.
Chapter 6: What insights does Shawn Farash share about the political landscape?
I like Seth a lot. I've known Seth for a while. Run into him in restaurants around the area. I just ran into him at an event. So this is, in case you're listening on Apple or Spotify and you're not watching on Rumble, Seth put out a tweet. It is about a, I don't know what to call it, some production Candace Owens is putting together called Bride of Charlie, an investigative series.
And Seth says, what would Charlie have to say about this? And what would he think of his so-called friends who can't summon the courage to say it for him? I've only been back four weeks. I'm just a guy, folks, okay?
Chapter 7: How does the host view the concept of infighting within the movement?
I'm not a superhero. I can't snap my finger and change everything, just like I couldn't snap my finger and just jump back right into this. Weeks for me to transition from this to go over to the government job and then to come back. I'm just a guy. In four weeks, I'm trying to triage myself, what I should talk about, how not to Streisand effect things. I can't have conflicts with my prior job.
I think you all understand what I mean. But this just can't be what this movement is. And if it is, I just don't want any part of it. I just don't.
Chapter 8: What are the implications of the upcoming State of the Union address?
I know we live in this artificial environment now for many people. I'm not criticizing you and my Chad and the army folks out. They've always been there for me, but we live in this artificial world of influencer culture and how morals and ethics have evaporated and everything is about how many views or I've been in the business a long time.
I can promise you we've never done sugar high view bullshit. But I'd rather have no audience. I would rather live stream to Guy, Josh, Andrew, Justin, and Jasmine for a total of six live streamers. than to be part of any movement that's part of. I would tell you, you know, the truth and say, Charlie was my good friend, but it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. No, it doesn't.
Whether Charlie, Charlie was a lot of people's friend. I didn't own Charlie. Charlie had, everyone had a piece of Charlie. Charlie was like that. You out there, my listening audience who know Charlie, You know what I'm talking about. Charlie made everybody feel special. The man had the je ne sais quoi. And if I knew what the je ne sais quoi is, it wouldn't be called the je ne sais quoi.
But it doesn't matter that I was his friend. It makes no difference. No human being deserves this. I want to be clear what I'm not saying. And I will never say. If you're not breaking the law, you have every right to speak out and make a fool out of yourself. That is what a republic is about. I've invested my entire business career in platforms that allow people to speak. I fully support that.
I do not support any kind of censorship efforts at all. That's a full stop. I just want that out of the way right now. I'm not suggesting anyone else is saying that either. But, folks, this isn't part of any movement I'm familiar with. Hey, man, I don't know.
Maybe this movement's evolved into something different and it's outgrown me and my friends of mine who, you know, always wanted to conserve generational truths. So be it. But I can't any longer look at this like this is some form of infighting. This is not infighting because, again, this kind of stuff is not in any movement I am a part of or want to be a part of. Not now, not ever.
Just like I don't want to be a part of any movement that practices Jew hatred, racism, anti-black, anti-Hispanic, anti-Muslim, anything else. I don't want to be part of that movement either. I wasn't born into a movement. I was born to a mother and a father as a child of God just like you. You choose to be part of a movement. It can be a treehouse on a piece of property.
You can walk the property and not get in the treehouse. You choose to walk into the tree house. But I have a choice too, and I don't want to be part of that. I don't want to be part of that. Folks, this last year, man, has been just, it's been one of those years of your life you'll never forget. Oh, we never, no, no. You know, there are years of your life that are very forgettable. Everyone's.
In some years, not a lot of stuff happens. Go to work, you're nine to five, you come home, and then you have years where everything happens. It's like the world changes. What's that line that's been repeated so often? Decades go by and nothing happens, and then days go by and decades happen? I didn't make that line up. Forgive me for the quote, but that was last year for me.
