Tyler's sitting by. It's a meat Friday. Dylan doing the honors of being a Danette and also a chef at the same time. But, of course, the Rektek grills help him perform admirably. What is the menu today? We've got, Dan, Cuban sandwiches, Cubanos, street food style Frito pie, and Miller Lite beer Jitos to wash it all down. Okay. Why Cuban sandwiches today? We had a lovely pork shoulder from Heartland that was there, and I was like, what's an innovative way to use this? Oh, okay. And I was like, it's summertime feeling. It's like Cuban sandwich in a mojito. Sounds pretty delicious to me. I figured you guys would agree. Okay. The street food style Frito pie I'm really interested in. That's going to be pretty good.
All the components of that are wins. Okay. And then the Cubano sandwich. The pickle is the key to the sandwich, in my opinion. It's kind of an odd combination of things that you might not normally put together, but when put together, it really works. Having had a Cubano sandwich in Cuba, it was... That's not even a humble brag.

Right to the source. Yeah. I don't think we're able to go to Cuba anytime soon again. And even when I was in Cuba, my wife had bid on an auction item, and we were able to stay inner city.
