So our groove these days is we're gonna do a MOIF, my opinion is fact. We're gonna talk about a topic, which is today about transportation, and with some dinner guests that have uh sent in a reservation request to tickets at major devilmedia.com. And uh today I'm feeding them. A chicken bake. I only had a chicken bacon in twenty twenty. March of twenty twenty, right before the world ended, I went to my first Costco and my wife was like I was like, what is that? And she's like, you don't know what that is? I've never been to a Costco. Why the fuck would I know what the hell that is? And my life was changed? Because it is a delicious thing and dare I say, as delicious as it is, I Weirdly underrated.
You were just so let's peel back the curtain, you and I just ate our pieces of chicken. I mean,
I was scouring around for ways I could eat more of the one I just made. He cut me a piece. And
then he came over like, You're not gonna eat this, I'm gonna eat it. I didn't even know how to land it on my plate. I
know.
I didn't even know it was cotton there yet.
And again, like I just love the fact that somebody at Costco was like, I don't know, we got a pallet of fucking Caesar dressing. We got all this rotisserie chicken that didn't sell today. Let's just throw it together and put it in the you know, we make pizza already, so let's just turn it into like a little little hot pocket. There's no way that's not
how it happened.
100% that's how it happened. If you've been watching a long time listener uh of our podcast, we have recreated unconditionally the truth about how the first cheese was created. Okay. For those that don't know, it was two fucking basically stoner pothead kids that were told to bring milk over to the next village. They got super fucked up. They realized they were late and they were like, oh shit, our dad the cheat, then really wants us to fucking bring over the wedding dowry.
What’s the story behind Dave’s homemade Costco chicken bake?
Well so we hauled ass.
Yeah. Then we opened our sheepskin container full of killed cheese. And it was just full of cheese. That's 100% how that happened. This is 100% how the chicken bake was invented.
Somebody was super stoned. Again, stoned. somebody who is covering some for another Costco employee on their day off. They're like, I'm not even supposed to fucking be here. And then on their lunch break they were like, that's a lot of chicken. I didn't bring lunch. I'm fucking hungry. I was like, oh. I wanna add some of this and some I I was having Caesar salad.
Yeah.
Basically long story cut short. Boss wasn't there. Manager turned around. He's like, I'm gonna roll all this shit up in a pizza. Hence the pizza bake. I dare anyone at Cosmo to tell me otherwise. I'm the become the hugest fan of the chicken bake. I think it is. It is so fucking delicious. Yeah. And if you look at the calorie content, it is like twenty-seven thousand calories for one.
It's a miracle of science in that fact that they can have that many calories.
It's so fucking good. And guess what? Making a recipe off the cuff Also, insanely fucking delicious.
Yeah. It's uh and for those who don't know, it's chicken bacon Caesar.
