Why can someone be physically fit yet still be unhealthy?

Dylan Gemelli 0:00
We weren't created to be selfish and hoard things and live only for money and power, and we weren't created to hold grudges and to have hate. We were created to love. We were created to do wonderful things. We were created to be happy and healthy. Whether it's CNN Fox or anything else in between, every single thing that you watch on there has some sort of negative connotation, the kind of division and that negative outlook on others. When you're just looking for something to hate somebody for. That causes a lack of health. To the people out there that make excuses all the time, never take responsibility or accountability. Do you think those people are healthy? Do you think that they carry healthy characteristics and take pride in how they feel and how they look?
Dylan Gemelli 0:41
When you become selfless as opposed to selfish, you feel better. Do you want to know why nothing seems to help you with constant cravings? GLP1 is the hunger hormone that everyone's talking about. But your gut was designed to make it on its own, however, it needs the right signal. Bitter receptors in your gut and mouth are directly tied to GLP1 release, and most modern diets are extremely low in bitter foods. And so this natural pathway rarely gets activated. But have no fear because I found the Answer with just thrive digestive bitters. Just drive digestive bitters deliver concentrated bitter botanicals that activate receptors in your gut, encouraging your body to produce GLP1 naturally, supporting healthy digestion, comfortable fullness, and a balanced appetite without any synthetic inputs.
Dylan Gemelli 1:31
No bitter taste required. The bitter receptors that matter most for GLP1 signaling and digestive support are. Aren't just in your mouth. They line your entire GI tract. So when the capsule dissolves in your gut, the bitter botanicals activate those receptors. Same signal, same response, zero bitter taste. Right now, Just Thrive is offering my listeners something special. When you start a 90-day Just Thrive probiotic subscription, you'll get a free 90-day supply of their new digestive bitters, and that's a $90. value. So visit Just Thrivehealth dot com slash Dylan to claim your free digestive bitters with your first ninety day probiotic subscription today. All right, everybody, welcome back to the Dylan Jamelli podcast.

I I wanna get into something today that I think We'll catch a few people off guard when I start to name the areas that I want to address here because the obvious answers are not going to be what I talk about. I want to talk about The attributes that the most unhealthiest people carry. Now, most of you would immediately jump to something to do with their diet, poor sleep habits, potential addictions to drugs, alcohol, every poor habit you could think of.

What is the #1 trait that all unhealthy people share?

Dylan Gemelli 2:47
Let me say first, all terrible habits to have, all major contributors to poor health. Certainly. So I am not discounting those whatsoever. But there's a bigger picture here. There's a bigger facet to what causes people to be truly unhealthy. Because I'll tell you this, I can fix all of those things. I can fix your diet. I can have you training consistently. I can get your blood panels in line. I can correct a lot of these things and help you to do it and you can do it. And make the efforts to make the changes that you need daily. But if you carry the attributes that I'm about to list, it does not matter. And I know again that probably sounds crazy before I get into it. Well, Dylan, if if my diet is in check and I'm training and even sleeping well, how can you tell me that I wouldn't be healthy?
Dylan Gemelli 3:44
But I think as I get into this it's gonna be very evident and clear. That every single unhealthy person carries these characteristics. And I will ask you this out loud as I go to make it so that you understand where I'm going. And I'll say it very clearly. And then when you say it out loud, you'll go, Oh yeah. Because you're gonna say to yourself, Well, how can you say that every single person that is unhealthy has this? What proof do you have? What study have you done? Let me just get into what they are first and I I and it's gonna be very fitting and I'll make this point as who the people that would say this
