In this episode I chat with pelvic PT, Laura Currens. She is a Mom of two that was guided to work specifically with women's health related issues through her own pelvic struggles following the birth of her first baby. Laura is the owner and founder of Dynamic Flow Physical Therapy. She is passionate in helping women get back to feeling like themselves after having a baby, birth injuries, or overall struggling with pelvic pain conditions. She loves treating the abdomen and feels it can be a huge link to pain from low back pain, mid back pain, GI issues, and pelvic pain. She loves looking at the body as a “whole” and how everything can be connected causing the limitations or struggles. She has worked with high level athletes to everyday individuals and loves to really find the driver of symptoms and educate on self management techniques to help patients return to full function quickly and with confidence.
