Most importantly, are the trainers respected in the field? That is likely to dictate the practitioner's level of hireability. Having trust in your skills comes from learning evidence-based medicine. This will lead to good clinical outcomes and help practitioners gain confidence. Clinical competency drives the business, and having excellent training will pave the way. Trust that you know what to do, and then execute. Another important factor to take into consideration is your client relationships. If you are a mediocre injector still honing your skill, but your patient care is top tier, your business will flourish. Also, structure a clear client journey.
