Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
Hello, everyone. I'm Sandra Smith, along with Kennedy, Jessica Tarlov, Jesse Waters, and Craig Gutfeld. It is 5 o'clock in New York City, and this is The Five. Brand new video emerging of the deadly ICE shooting in Minneapolis. It was taken by the cell phone of the ICE officer who fired the fatal shots at Renee Good, who DHS says weaponized her vehicle, trying to run agents over with her car.
It shows the moments right before what happened. A woman who is believed to be Renee's wife, she is on the street filming and taunting agents shortly before the incident and then trying to get into the car at the last second as it backs up. and accelerates directly toward the officer. Watch.
That's fine, dude. I'm not mad at you. Show your face. I'm not mad at you. That's okay. We don't change our plates every morning, just so you know. It'll be the same plate when you come talk to us later. That's fine. U.S. citizen. You want to come out of? You want to come at us?
Chapter 2: What new video has emerged regarding the ICE shooting incident?
I said go get yourself some lunch, big boy. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car.
We also have this video from the Daily Mail. It reportedly shows how Good's car was blocking the street four minutes before the shooting. DHS sources telling Fox that Renee Good was a member of an anti-immigration vigilante group known as Ice Watch.
And with protests breaking out in Minneapolis for a third day, multiple DHS sources tell Fox News that roughly 1,000 additional Border Patrol and CBP agents are headed to Minneapolis. That's on top of the already 2,000 agents who are already there. Meanwhile, there's still no signs that Democrats or members of the media are slowing down on the heated rhetoric that demonizes ICE.
Every single person in the United States of America, U.S. citizens, white, black, brown, whoever you are, you have to worry now that an ICE agent is going to come and shoot at you and kill you.
Domestic terrorists are ICE. This is what's happening here in this country, which is just hard to believe.
But when the city burned after George Floyd, all of a sudden there were some charges. So for those who are on the media talking about, don't burn it down, don't set it on fire, let me tell you this, we need justice and we need it now.
Christy Jones will reign! Christy Jones will reign!

Chapter 3: What events led up to the ICE shooting in Minneapolis?
Already a lot to dive into here. Jesse, to you first on this, J.D. Vance, the vice president, sent out a response after he was able to view the new video taken from the police officer, the ICE officer himself, clearly showing his perspective. The vice president said that this proves that the ICE agent's life was endangered before he fired that shot. Do you believe that is the case?
Well, he felt like his life was in danger. And so it's justified. The Democrats have been lying about this, and this new video proves that. You know, at first they said they were just a bunch of women doing a U-turn in traffic, and then they were legal observers. It doesn't look like that was the case. They were hardcore, trained, anti-ICE agitators.
who were spending the entire morning obstructing a law enforcement operation, a dangerous law enforcement operation. And so if you watch the full video, you can see the partner egging this guy on, calling him fat. I mean, these are not innocent women and that they don't deserve to be shot for insulting this ICE officer. But when you're driving a car right at him, These things can happen.
It's a dangerous country since ICE has gone out and removed all of these illegal aliens that the Democrats let into the country. The Democrats have said there needs to be blood. They said people have to put their bodies on the line. The Democrats have said someone needs to get shot. This was well reported in the summer. Well, it's happened. And why do they want this to happen?
Because they have no power in the country anymore. They're trying to create a Floyd situation where we back off like we did with BLM. Remember after BLM, you had DEI take over, defund the police, and then everybody let everybody else run wild. And what did that get us? $2 billion in property damage, a DEI disaster, and a lot of crime because police had to peel back.
That's not what's going to happen. You look now, Trump and Noem, they are surging forces into these cities, and they're not going to tolerate... Crazy women putting themselves in the middle of a dangerous law enforcement operation where these guys are trying to go into these homes and pull out gangsters and drug traffickers. This is not a peaceful protest.
If it was a peaceful protest, I'd say, fine, go out, hold a sign, blow a whistle. They're getting in these guys' faces. They're punching them in the face. They're kicking them. They're screaming. They have no right to do that. That is actually an illegal act. And ice has to get much tougher. Ice is too nice.
In the wake of this, Jessica, we're learning that there are efforts to train people to resist ice, to fight ice. The rhetoric doesn't seem to be toning down by those who are calling for the for the death of the DHS secretary, Kristi Noem. To those, you say what?
Who don't seem to be ramping down this heated rhetoric that is leading to confrontations with ICE agents lawfully carrying out their duties? You're talking about the heated rhetoric on the left.

Chapter 4: How are protests affecting the response from DHS in Minneapolis?
But no, she reverses. Her wheel turns and everyone has seen that angle that her wheel is facing to the right with Officer Ross to the left when he shoots. And you can see that in the angle that the bullet comes in as well. So you have the first shot. And let's say you even wanted to say the first shot was justified. I don't think that it was. That woman should not be dead for sure.
Then that he comes around and he shoots her twice more. You're supposed to evaluate what you're doing after each shot. And then. Officer Ross, as he is walking away, calls her an effing B-I-T-C-H.
Because she hit him with the car.
Excuse me, Jesse. He killed that woman. He knows that he shot her three times directly into her body. And then he curses her. her life like that. We can't say those words on TV, so I'm having trouble working around it. So spare me about the rhetoric and also consider that J.D. Vance said yesterday the officer is protected by absolute immunity. That is not true.
Officers are not allowed to do whatever they want. According to the Supreme Court, Donald Trump can do whatever he wants as president, but an officer is not. All right, so, Kennedy, the only thing I would add is there was another narrative there, and that was the... The woman who we believe to be Renee's wife yelling, drive, drive, drive. What was your takeaway after watching this?
I mean, it's so it's such a confusing moment because it also seems like the wife is trying to get in the car. You know, the seconds before she was shot and the wife is also screaming and crying that it was her fault, that she was the one who convinced Renee to go to the I stand off and intervene there.
Never trust a narrative that is being forced on you before the body is cold, because there are whenever you have the exact same set of facts and people are pulling out completely opposite conclusions. To me, that says the truth is somewhere in the middle. And I don't think either one of these people are without fault. I think Renee and her wife, they knew what they were doing.
They knew that they were agitating the ICE officers. They were putting themselves in harm's way needlessly. I don't think that's the smartest way to protest. I think that if the firing officer and Renee had both had a second more, we would have had a totally different outcome and we wouldn't be talking about this today. But unfortunately, that's not what happened.
And this is also an officer who had been dragged 50 feet and had like 300 stitches last year over a car that was being used as a weapon. So he obviously has a different perception of the events based on what he had already been through. And, you know, if she is hearing a command to get out of the car, I'm sorry. That's when you stop and get out of the car.

Chapter 5: What claims are being made about the ICE agent's justification for shooting?
You shouldn't be mad at ICE. You should be outraged at those who foment these moments with the purpose of leading to chaos and death. All these videos contain white liberal women. Why isn't anybody talking about this? Screw the fake empathy about the dead mom from all these mayors and all these talking heads. If they had sincere empathy, they would ask that question.
If you had sincere empathy, you would want to ask, why are there so many? Liberal white women who said who who instead of spending time with their kids are risking their lives and breaking the law for strangers who are here illegally. The real compassion comes from the people who've been pointing this out, who've been warning that this is going to happen.
It doesn't matter to the people that clearly it's not going to change the mind of people on the left. You can show them any video they want. They're going to sit there and just meticulously do all this stuff. Oh, but did you see this? Oh, but did you see that? Then you show them another video. Don't waste your breath. They are selling you a lie. It's been around forever. This was all a setup.
It may not have been her. Maybe they were hoping for a black woman, probably. It would have been better if it was. Believe me, they are not unhappy. This mother is dead.
Chapter 6: What are the differing narratives surrounding the ICE shooting incident?
She is being used. The goal was to get somebody killed, create a spectacle that explodes. So you have riots. So you have protests and hopefully in some minds revolution. A lot of these people, they're not against ICE. They're against all law enforcement. They will not change their mind. They will continue to do this. We know the game.
especially if there's a Republican in power, the game plan of chaos and violence will be hung over our heads as a as a political political extortion, basically saying, if you want this to stop, you need to elect a Democrat. But Trump was voted in by Americans who wanted an end to illegal immigration. And their response was not protest. It's chaos. They don't want you to fix the problems.
This is their way of fixing it. And it's complete and utter destruction. Thank you for that, Greg. Up next, President Trump meeting with some big time oil executives at the White House.

President Trump has a slick plan to lower gas prices before the midterms. 47 sitting down with some big oil executives at the White House talking about how fast we can drill baby drill and drive investment into Venezuela. But first things first, President Trump kicking off the roundtable by inspecting the progress of his big, beautiful ballroom.
We have many others that were not able to get in. I said if we had a ballroom, well... I got to look at this myself. Wow. What a view. This is the door to the ballroom. One of the things the United States gets out of this will be even lower energy prices. We have people now getting gasoline for $1.99, $1.96, $1.95, $1.92 yesterday, somebody.
And it used to be three and a half, four dollars, five dollars. They stole our assets like we were babies. We're taking back what was taken from us. They took our oil industry. We built that entire oil industry.
All right. So, Kennedy, when you go up and you in the middle of the meeting with these big shot oil executives and you just wander over the window, is that a power move or is that like flair for the dramatic? Well, it's interesting. So my 20-year-old is studying psychology, so she knows everything about psychology.

Chapter 7: How are Democrats and media influencing public perception of ICE?
When you detail where the money is going, where did you think it was going before Maduro was captured? It was going to a corrupt Maduro regime. Sure, I just don't want it to go to a corrupt American regime. I want him to give it to Congress. Oh, yeah, Congress isn't corrupt. They definitely know how to spend the money. OK, so just a couple of things.
First of all, there is huge opportunity there. They're sitting on massive, massive oil supply and that is not being tapped. That is not being used. That could clearly easily be in the global market. And did you listen to the did you listen to the oil executives? Because not the full hour and a half. Any of them was the stories.
Every single story from those oil executives that he brought in that room was fascinating and not not to be discounted. Those oil executives, some of them detailed raising their children in Venezuela is where they cut their teeth in the oil industry. There was another oil executive who said he currently has a thousand Venezuelans employed all over the world because they had to flee Venezuela.
And they are excited about what is happening to go back to a free Venezuela eventually, hopefully. So this I mean, there was individual stories that certainly the White House should probably be putting more out there than they do. Also, they should be talking about the price of oil and gas. I mean, Larry thinks that we're not talking about this, not our good friend Larry Kudlow.
I mean, gas is now two dollars and 80 cents as a national average per gallon. That's incredible. It's down 28 percent. Sorry. Gas is down 10 percent since Trump took office. Oil prices are now down 28 percent. since Donald Trump took office. This makes America better. This helps us transport goods easier.
This will eventually lead to lower prices, and it already is contributing to lower inflation. Greg Gutfeld, what say you? Talking about gas prices now for a Democrat is like talking about guys in dresses like last year. They just don't want to hear it. Jimmy Panetta, a Democrat, claims that too much oil
And lower energy prices is bad for America because it creates instability abroad, which leads to insecurity here. Oh, my gosh. Think about that. Only a Democrat would come out against cheap gas. Did he get his economics degree at Costco? Probably. But I mean, you know, was he going to come out against affordable food and medicine prices?
But it shows you that the mantra of affordability was just a mantra. They talk about it, but Trump actually delivers it. So it's just... I guess they just don't have an argument for it. But Trump has this great filter. It's not neocon. It's not isolationism. It's what's best for us. And the funny thing is, the world understands it because they would do the same thing.
You know, our adversaries and allies alike would go like, yeah, they're the most powerful country in the world. They want to stay that way. But it's our media and our establishment Democrat politicians who don't because they don't believe America deserves it. They can't say what's best for America because we're irredeemably racist and irredeemably oppressive.

Chapter 8: What is the significance of the new video evidence in the context of the incident?
He's kind of lost his fastball with Trump 2.0. I'm kidding. No, but there's so much material and you make fun of Trump gently. But there's plenty of material there. Just like if if if you're a Democrat comedian, you look at there's a Muslim guy with a beard is the mayor of New York City. Now, I'm not smart enough to figure out the joke there, but I know there's a joke somewhere.
Or like Gavin Newsom. You're comparing his fuzz to like an Osama bin Laden beard? You just made a great joke. I wasn't even going there. Liberalism has not zapped my sense of humor. Well, maybe when he hits puberty, he'll have the full. Sandra, does this affect the bottom line? So you know why that was funny? Because Jessica fell down the trap door.
And Jimmy Fallon, I had a conversation about this earlier, the Conan O'Brien thing earlier. He said comedy is about trap doors. And if every night you're taken to the stage and you're saying F Trump, you're predictable and you're no longer funny. And he said that is happening. The other thing that's happening is the only people who appreciate the anti-Trump humor.
It makes them think of Donald Trump, makes them angry right before they go to bed at night.
That's true.
That's not going to work. Yeah.
And then they have to wake up in George Stephanopoulos' loving arms. The fastest is up next.
Stay with us. Welcome back.
President Trump has been complaining about shower pressure effects on his famous mop of hair for years.
