Chapter 1: What is the controversy surrounding Jimmy Kimmel and the FCC?

0.031 - 25.802 Glenn Beck

Hey, on today's program, Benny Johnson is talking to us about what the FCC can do. Comey has been indicted. What does that mean? And if you're thinking you've had a bad day, wait until I tell you about a guy who had a problem at a bank. You will feel like you could have the worst day ever, and you'll be like, at least I'm not that guy, all on today's podcast.

Chapter 2: What are the implications of the Comey indictment?

26.963 - 44.668 Glenn Beck

The last few years have taught me something that I don't think enough people want to admit. The system we count on every single day in this country isn't as sturdy as it looks. All it takes is a little trouble in the wrong part of the world and shipping bottleneck, a shortage of one key ingredient, major disruption overseas, and everything changes.

44.809 - 47.272 Glenn Beck

And it's getting harder and harder to find the things that you need.

Chapter 3: What shocking story highlights banking issues in India?

47.352 - 67.478 Glenn Beck

And when it comes to medication, that's not an inconvenience. That's personal. That's why I like Jace Medical. They give you a way to prepare now instead of panicking later. Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program. Yesterday, James Comey was indicted on the seashell thing. We'll get into this here in a second. First, here's how he responded.

Chapter 6: What is the significance of the Fantasy Train project in California?

154.417 - 154.777 Glenn Beck

Cut to.

0

155.619 - 180.107 James Comey

This time about a picture of seashells on a North Carolina beach a year ago. And this won't be the end of it. But nothing has changed with me. I'm still innocent. I'm still not afraid. And I still believe in the independent federal judiciary. So let's go. But it's really important that all of us remember this is not who we are as a country.

0

180.167 - 182.811 James Comey

This is not how the Department of Justice is supposed to be.

0

Chapter 7: How does the podcast address the upcoming elections and redistricting?

182.831 - 189 James Comey

And the good news is we get closer every day to restoring those values.

0

189.757 - 200.332 Glenn Beck

Okay, great. Good for you. All right. I want to make sure I'm consistent. Can you check with Glenn AI, Ricky? If you check with Glenn AI to see... Oh, it was one of the first things I did this morning.

0

200.372 - 214.471 Unknown

I knew we were going to have to talk about this story, and I want to know what you said back when this initially came out in 2025. You said at first you didn't think Comey meant kill him, and you interpreted it as getting him out of office. That was very, very generous of you.

0

Chapter 8: What are the key points made about government accountability?

214.812 - 230.001 Unknown

But then you heard Tulsi Gabbard... Talk about how he actually may have violated the law. And you kind of changed course. And you said that he has spent his career prosecuting the mob. He knows exactly what 86 means.

0

230.041 - 257.306 Glenn Beck

So that's the way I remember it. I remember at first saying 86, because I believe 86 it. came from, uh, something in New York. I'm pulling this way out of my butt. Somebody in New York during, um, during prohibition and one street address on one side was like 125th and on the other side of the block, it was like 86 and it meant get out of that door, go 86 it.

0

257.627 - 283.833 Glenn Beck

So go through the 86 exit cause the cops are coming into the other exit. Um, and And so I interpreted it more like that. But then I remember hearing Tulsi Gabbard talk about it and she talked about him with the mob and how the mob uses 86. That is the order to kill. And, and I, so I, I adjusted and was like, well, no, he's not more of a historian. He's more of a prosecutor with the mob.

0

284.053 - 305.749 Glenn Beck

He would know exactly what that means. Okay, so I'm still there. He knew what that meant, this whole innocent bull crap, okay? But now let's look at what he was indicted on. Here are the charges. Count one, threatening the president, a violation of U.S. Code 188718. I'm not going to read all these codes.

0

306.95 - 330.121 Glenn Beck

It makes it a crime to knowingly and willfully make a threat to take the life of or inflict bodily harm on the president of the United States. Is that what he did? Is that what he did? You got to go back to the Vietnam War. The Supreme Court, there was a kid, Jonathan Turley pointed this out the other day.

330.682 - 361.317 Glenn Beck

There was a kid in the Vietnam War who said, if they give me a rifle to fight and I have the opportunity, the first one I'll shoot is LBJ. And the Supreme Court said that wasn't a violation. If that wasn't a violation, certainly seashells is not. And I'm not saying that's right or wrong. I'm just saying that's where the court decided with LBJ. And we were living in exactly the same kind of thing.

361.377 - 389.64 Glenn Beck

People had been killed, etc., etc. Count two, transmitting a threat in the interstate foreign commerce. I love this one. This prohibits knowingly transmitting via Instagram, which crosses state lines, a communication containing a threat to injure, kill another person. The indictment uses similar reasonable recipient language as above. Maximum penalty is up to 10 years, five years for each count.

390.542 - 425.75 Glenn Beck

Now, It's not going to make me popular with you today, but that's okay. My job is to tell you what I think. and how I'm looking at it, and I'm not here to convince you of anything. I'm just here to tell you this is what I think. And this is not going to be popular with people who are sick and tired, because I am too, sick and tired of these people getting away with anything. And you know what?

425.931 - 450.593 Glenn Beck

You could make a case to me that going after Al Capone for income tax was the right thing to do. But I wish we could get people on actual things that they did and not income tax. But I don't think this is income tax. I don't think you can prove anything. Now, let me say this. Jason, what did I say earlier this morning when I first came in and we first talked about this?
