Chapter 1: What are the common causes of back pain mentioned?
Most people carry tension in their backs without even realizing it. Hours at a desk, long commutes, looking down at a phone. It builds up slowly until one day you stand up and you realize, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, everything hurts. And you assume it's just part of getting older, but it doesn't have to be that way.
Chirp makes those wheel-style back rollers that target the muscles along the spine, the ones that are responsible for all of the tension, the stiffness, and the pain. I can tell you, I get back on one of these, and I can feel my, I can just feel it just kind of crack, kind of open in a good way. You know, everything is so tight.
It's amazing how quickly your back responds when you finally give the muscles the movement that they need. It's a design that is very simple but brilliant. A groove right down the middle so you're not rolling on your spine, just the muscle. And multiple sizes let you choose how intense you want the stretch to be.
Whether you're dealing with daily discomfort or you just want better mobility and posture, Chirp can help you get there naturally. It's GoChirp.com slash Beck. GoChirp.com slash Beck.

The Glenn Beck Program.
Hello, America. Welcome to it. It's Thursday. You know, I'm going to open up the phones, see how you're feeling. Wow, what a bumpy day yesterday. Was yesterday not one of the most incredible days to be an American ever? I mean, we started out yesterday with the whole world freaking out about Donald Trump and everybody's like, he's going to blow up the whole world. He's insane.
And then by four o'clock in the afternoon, four o'clock in the afternoon, it's like, ah, and, uh, we've got green then wait. What just happened? What just happened? A little crazy. Now, that's not exactly the deal. I mean, the deal is in process, but it is a deal that is coming our way. And I think that's what everyone... We've been saying this all the time. How can you be this stupid?
Have you not read The Art of the Deal? Do you not... Have you not seen the patterns yet on how Donald Trump works? We're going to go through that here in just a second. Stand by. First, let me tell you about Relief Factor. A lot of people learn to live with daily discomfort, not because they want to, but because they don't see a better option.
And you push through it, you work around it, you tell yourself it's just part of life, part of getting older or whatever. Just, I got to do what I got to do, you know? The problem is when discomfort is driven by inflammation, ignoring it doesn't solve anything. It just means your body is spending more time and energy trying to compensate instead of functioning the way it should.
So tell me, if any of this sounds familiar to you, Relief Factor was designed to address that root issue. This is for you. It's built around supporting the body's response to inflammation so you're not just covering up the symptoms and hoping for the best, but actually giving your system what it needs to feel more balanced over time. Relief Factor, it's 100% drug-free.

Okay, so I want to just go over quickly three little montages of the speech yesterday and show you exactly how Donald Trump works. And this is, I mean, the first part of this is really pretty biblical. The first thing you have to do when you're speaking to a crowd of people that you're trying to convince is you praise them. You let them know, hey, I'm your friend. I respect you.
I learned this from Paul on Mars Hill. If you go back and you read Mars Hill, if you go into Romans, And you see him on Mars Hill and he's talking to the people he's trying to convince. And he's like, hey, man, I've read your poetry. I listen to your songs. You guys are really religious. I just love that. He tells them how much he loves them and how much he admires them.
Well, that's how Donald Trump started, believe it or not. That was a very important part of his message that nobody was talking about yesterday, but very important. And I want to show you how many times he said those kinds of things just in his speech yesterday. Cut one.
The United States cares greatly about the people of Europe. I am derived from Europe, Scotland and Germany. And we believe deeply in the bonds we share with Europe. As a civilization, I want to see it do great. But I actually started with Emmanuel, who probably is in the room too. And I like him. I actually like him. Hard to believe, isn't it?
I have tremendous respect for both the people of Greenland and the people of Denmark. Tremendous respect. And they have an excellent, by the way, Secretary General, who's possibly in the room. Mark, are you here? We want Europe to be strong.
OK, so he all the way through the speech. Those are, you know, eight or 10 different clips all the way through the speech. He was saying, we respect you. We like you. Yada, yada. But then he also at the same time was reminding them. Let's go to cut three that America is stronger than ever before. Listen to this.
After 12 months back in the White House, our economy is booming, growth is exploding, productivity is surging, investment is soaring, inflation has been defeated, and the United States is in the midst of the fastest and most dramatic economic crisis. turnaround in our country's history. Virtually no inflation and extraordinarily high economic growth.
Since the election, the stock market has set 52 all-time high records, adding $9 trillion in value to retirement accounts. People are doing very well. They're very happy with me. Now we are the hottest country anywhere in the world. The USA is the economic engine on the planet. Instead of closing down energy plants, we're opening them up

Chapter 4: How does Donald Trump's negotiation style impact international relations?
Every line sounds tough till they're sweating it. Then our guy walks in, cracks a joke too loud. The room goes stiff, the smile's free, solid now. When Convin shows up, the cosplay man.
Welcome back to the Glenn Beck program.
The guy just keeps winning. And nobody seems to understand it. Here's what I think happened behind the scenes. I have nothing to back this up. This is just my gut, pure speculation. But I think what happened yesterday, what turned this whole thing around, is he knows he had Mark Root. Mark Root is the Secretary General of NATO.
And Mark Root is a fan of Donald Trump, but he's more of a fan of actually security, winning wars, having protection for the European continent, all of that. And so... Mark comes out and he's talking in different forums yesterday about how Trump is right. We can't protect ourselves. I can guarantee you at some point he met with Mark Root or some of his people met with Mark Root.
But I would guess that Donald Trump did and said, Mark, here's the thing. You know and I know. We're both realists. You know and I know. Europe cannot defend itself. NATO is a paper tiger. You don't have you don't have the assets. You don't have the money. You can't do it. We're your only hope for security. And I don't want to get nasty about this, but I've asked you guys to step up to the plate.
And some of you guys are. And it's been it's been great. But you're still years away from being able to defend yourself. And you know and I know we're the only ones that can defend the Arctic Circle. And we must have this. And he had a polite and normal conversation with a rational guy who gets it, who understands the military strategy behind Greenland.
And I can guarantee you, he, Donald Trump, or someone said to Mark a message from the president, Mark, you've got to make this happen. You've got to tell them the truth. And I'm not making a threat. I'm making a promise to you. If we don't get Greenland, if this doesn't happen, if we don't find a way so we have control over the things we have to have control over in Greenland, I'm out of NATO.
And you won't survive. Um, and I won't say that and embarrass NATO. I won't say it out loud, but I'm telling you that that is the end game here. We're out of NATO because it's worthless. I can guarantee you that's what happened. Everything in me says that's what happened. And it was Mark. The Secretary General of NATO that went back to all the leaders and said, you guys are crazy. Stop it.
This guy is going to leave NATO. I'm telling you, he will pull out of NATO right now. This is not a big deal. We can make this negotiation happen. Make the deal. That's what happened yesterday. Because it just... It's too obvious what Mark Root, his common sense, and he's the NATO Secretary General. It's too clear. All right, let me tell you about Berna Launcher.

Chapter 5: What does Glenn say about the dangers of a progressive tax?
And every single time you start to expand the income tax, it always expands downward. And history is relentless on this point. Because once you accept that rights are proportional to income, there's no logical place to stop. You know, we didn't fight a revolution so we could be free on a sliding scale. They thought that citizen meant something.
The same thing meant something, and it was the same thing for everybody. So the question is not what the government costs. The question is, who owns you, your time and your labor?
Chapter 6: What are the implications of Hawaii's new gun restriction law?
And whether success in America is still something that we look up to and say that should be earned or is success in America something that should be really shamed? And then if you give us enough money, we'll forgive you. More in a minute. Having a home security system used to be terribly complicated.
It used to mean setting things up with a lot of wires, long installs, systems that you hope you never had to think about again, long-term contracts. And if you ever didn't want that contract anymore, you'd have to have somebody else in boots come into your house and rip all those wires out and put a new system in.
The problem is life changes, routine shift, houses evolve, and a lot of those old systems don't adapt, okay? SimpliSafe takes a completely different approach.
Chapter 7: How does the Supreme Court handle historical precedents in gun laws?
It is built to be flexible, intuitive, and easy to live with, so your home's protected without turning security into a part-time job. You have the sensors, the cameras, monitoring, all works together in a way that makes sense, whether you're home or asleep or away. And what matters most is it doesn't ask you to become an expert.
You can set it up yourself, adjust it as your needs change, and trust that it's paying attention even when you're not. No long-term contracts. Protect yourself. It blends into the background. It's simplisafe.com slash Beck. It's reliable without the drama.
Chapter 8: What is the significance of the Barabbas Trap in modern politics?
Get 50% off any new system this month only. Go to simplisafe.com slash Beck. That's simplisafe.com slash Beck. There is no safe like SimpliSafe. 10 seconds, station ID. I just use that monologue. All right. Let me bring in Jason here for just a second. Jason, what is the George AI on today? I heard you talking about it with the insiders a second ago.
So we were looking at all the stuff that the new governor of Virginia was doing and basically winning an election and just radically going towards the left. And I was just curious if that was something the founders, you know, something that hardcore, basically saying all the other rest of my constituents, you know, I'm not going to worry about them.
I'm going to do as much as I can politically towards one side of the aisle and for everyone else basically to say, screw everyone else. If that's something that they thought was, you know, healthy for the American project as they envisioned. And I had to put in a hypothetical situation of this going on, what was happening in Virginia now.
And then George AI gave a very philosophical answer and what they envisioned for the country and what they would have thought of this kind of behavior. It's really good.
So, you know, George AI is a collection of it is my personal. private and proprietary library collection of the founders words and everything that influenced them at that time. It's, I think the latest we have in it and we'll ever have is about 1820 or 1830. Um, and it does not know anything about the future. It does not know anything about American politics today.
It only has to memorize word for word. the founders' words and the documents and everything else that they lived through in their times. And you can get a pretty good approximation of what they might have said to you. Give me the gist of what they responded with or what it responded with.
Well, you don't really get a gist from George AI. In fact, that's one of the hard things to do with George AI. It's like, okay, could you leave out the four score and seven, blah, blah, blah. Could you street it up a little bit? Okay, what's street it up mean? The general gist was that you don't really have the representation in the government the way we envisioned it.
If it completely ignores a vast amount of the constituents and part of the country. So it must be more balanced. It got the fact that you have visions for where it should go eventually, but you can't forget the other part of the country. That's why they had the electoral college, you know, so certain people would not be left out. It's really good.
Get the entire experience at glennbeck.com. You get the show that the insiders get to experience with Jason and the producers and the community and George AI. It's available today right after the show. You don't want to miss it. glennbeck.com. Poor sleep doesn't stay contained to the night.
