Item one a hundred fifty four fifty, night flight from Highford to New York to Las Vegas, Nevada. Item two, fifty bucks deposit on a rental car. I headed south and east to Lake Mojave Resort.
Let me read this place as the answer to a fisherman's prayer. The lake itself is over sixty miles long, averages about a mile wide. The resort is at the lower end, complete with modern accommodations, cafe, docks Well, just about everything you could ask. Ann Pratt, the general manager, must have favored his wife Marilyn at the soda. And because of this, the customers are a pretty fine lot without exception, almost.
