What is the initial problem Johnny Dollar faces in this episode?

Did you see what just happened? No, I was on my back. I'll arrange an apartment presentation tomorrow. Oho, oho. Sujuu kuin sato. Huokraa elämäsi koti. Sato.fi Juuu, täällä on valittavana 1268 ravintolaannosta, 540 hotellihuonetta, 6 elokuvasalia, 20 keilarataa, 8 saunaa, ainakin 12 allasta ja 26 pakohuonetta. Lomareissu, täältähän se vasta alkaa. Bob Bailey 2:05
Johnny Dollar.
Al Turner 2:06
This is Al Turner at New Britain Mutual.
Bob Bailey 2:09
Hi, Al. What goes with you these days?
Al Turner 2:11
Johnny, one of our important clients is very anxious to get in touch with you. Says that she's an old friend of yours.
Bob Bailey 2:17
Oh, who's that?
Al Turner 2:18
Her name is Mrs. Virginia Haskell.
Bob Bailey 2:21
Virginia Haskell?
Al Turner 2:22
That's right.
Bob Bailey 2:23
Sorry, Al, but I'm afraid I never heard of her.
Al Turner 2:26
Before she got married, about a year ago, her name was Van Doran.
Bob Bailey 2:30
Ginny Van Doran.
Al Turner 2:32
Yes.
Bob Bailey 2:32
Oh, well, now that's something else again. And I mean something.
Al Turner 2:36
Well, then you do know her.
Bob Bailey 2:37
One of the most delectable bits of feminine pulchritude I ever ran up against. Believe me, a young man's fancy didn't have to wait for spring to turn to thoughts of her.
Russell Thorson 2:45
Now, what's that mean?
Bob Bailey 2:46
Oh, Al, even I had serious ideas about that gal at one time.
Russell Thorson 2:50
Oh?
Bob Bailey 2:51
Yeah, right after college. Isn't every kid of that age intrigued by the idea of marrying into a fortune? And very beautiful. At least she was when I knew her.
Al Turner 2:59
Still is, Johnny.
Bob Bailey 3:00
So she's married to somebody by the name of Haskell, huh?
Al Turner 3:03
Gordon Haskell. They live on Birchbrook Road, down in Bronxville, New York.
Bob Bailey 3:08
Funny.
Al Turner 3:09
What?
Bob Bailey 3:10
Well, when I knew her, that blonde charmer didn't have eyes for anybody but Paul Snowden.
Al Turner 3:15
Who's Paul Snowden?
Bob Bailey 3:17
Childhood sweetheart, that sort of thing. Poor boy, making good on his own, you know the bit.
Al Turner 3:21
Ah, yes. Too proud to marry her because of her money.
Bob Bailey 3:24
But she swore that she'd never marry anybody else, that he was her one true love. But I guess she changed her mind. What did she want to see me about, Al?
Al Turner 3:33
She didn't say. She did make it clear, however, that it has to do with some of the family insurance.
Bob Bailey 3:39
Well, that's as good an excuse as any.
Al Turner 3:41
Then do you want to run on down there?
Bob Bailey 3:43
For a longing look at the gorgeous Ginny Van Doren? But it'll cost you money, Al.
Al Turner 3:48
Listen, Johnny, with the premiums we get for all the insurance she carries, life, house, property, and so on, the sky's the limit.
Bob Bailey 3:56
Brother, have you stuck your neck out?
Al Turner 3:58
Well, now, that doesn't mean you have to... Albert, I'll be in touch.
Bob Bailey 4:09
Bob Bailey. In the intriguing adventures of a man with the action-packed expense account. America's fabulous freelance insurance investigator. Yours truly, Johnny Dollar. And now, act one of yours truly, Johnny Dollar.
Bob Bailey 4:44
Expense account submitted by Special Investigator Johnny Dollar to the New Britain Mutual Insurance Company Home Office, Hartford, Connecticut. following as an account of expenses incurred during my investigation of the Wayward Heiress matter.
Bob Bailey 5:03
I decided it might be handy to have my own car along for this one, so expense account item one, $4.25 for a tank full of gas. I picked up the freeway and headed south and west to fashionable Westchester County, New York. To me, Bronxville has always been one of New York's most charming suburbs. Only about 20 miles north of the big city, it's full of beautiful homes with lots of trees and expensive landscape properties. There's a lot of wealth in Bronxville.
