Hello, everybody. Welcome into the Fantasy Pros Football Podcast. I'm Ryan Wormley, joined by a full house here today. We have Scott Bogman, we have Pat Fitzmaurice, and we have Andrew Erickson, and we are mock drafting. It is the rare redraft Superflex mock draft. I feel like usually when I'm doing a Superflex one, it's Dynasty. This is redraft. We wanted to give something for the Superflex managers who are getting ready for their drafts here in the next month. It is also PPR. We're gonna be drafting three starting receivers, seven bench spots, no kickers or defenses. Erickson, how are you feeling about this mock?
I'm feeling really good. I've done a lot of Superflex best ball drafts with Tom Strachan over on the best ball live stream on Twitch. So I feel like I'm not really in uncharted waters here. I know we haven't done as much Superflex mock drafting, but I feel ready to go. I got my cheat sheets loaded up. Draft Wizard, you boys better be ready to buckle up because I got an A in the Superflex real draft best ball earlier this week.
What is the format and roster setup for this 2026 Superflex PPR mock draft?
Very nice. Erickson's drafting with the 107 fits. You were right next to him at the 106. Any kind of strategy you're looking to test out today?
Yeah, I did want to try from the middle of the first round and see. Honestly, I'm hoping I get to skip quarterback in round one and see what things look like. Glad we're doing this show. I know there have been a lot of people on our Discord asking me when we were going to do a Superflex mock. And I know one of the people asking me that question, Matty Ice, is in the mock with us today. So yeah, this should be fun.
Bogman, you're at the 109. I assume you will not be skipping quarterback. That's just not really in your DNA from what I can tell.
Probably not, but it is a mock, and I did pick kind of the middle to do that specifically, so we'll see. Like, if there's too good of a quarterback to fall back to me. I did a mock yesterday where I was picking at nine and Jaden Daniels fell to me, and I was like, well... Better go ahead and take Jaden here. So if a good one falls to me, I will take one. But I am going to try to not take a quarterback in the first round and see what it looks like because it's something I typically don't do. Hopefully the Dewey decimal system doesn't smoke us over here. So that would be nice.
I kind of wish I was picking in the middle just because I never do. When you're hosting, it's so much easier to pick on the end. So that's why I always take either the 101 or the 112. I've got the 101 today. It would be nice to kind of test out a middle one. It's just harder when you're trying to play host as well. Because I feel like I always either end up with whoever follows me at the 112 or Josh Allen with the 101, which is who I'm going to take.
This guy can't juggle. My God, come on.
