Chapter 2: How does Josh Giddey describe his cooking skills?
Jordan. Okay. That was a very quick answer. Yeah. Favorite movie? The Wolf of Wall Street. Wolf of Wall Street, Leo. Yeah. And a good Aussie girl, Margaret Robbie. Margaret, yeah. Great film. We talk about fashion in the main episode. If you had one designer you are buying from, who is it? Ooh, Puma. Puma, yes. Yes. See, that is a man who knows how to represent his brand.
The Puma Nitro 2 Giddy Outback is out now, so you can get your hands on that. Very good answer.
Chapter 3: What is Josh Giddey's first job experience?
Music, what are you listening to?
A lot of rap, hip-hop, R&B. A lot of guys near me listen to the same stuff. I bet they do. Yeah. Favourite holiday destination?
Ooh. Hawaii. Hawaii. Yeah. Yeah, nice. Nice. Are you a big wave rider on the North Shore? No, I don't surf. I need to learn. I want to learn. You're quite tall for surfing. Bucket list destination? Haven't been, love to go. I would love to go to Greece.
That's somewhere I've always wanted to go.
I could see you in Greece. All right. Who is the best player you've played against? Probably LeBron. LeBron. What is it like playing against LeBron and did you pinch yourself?
First time, yeah. Like it's one of those moments where that's a guy I grew up idolizing and looking up to and then you're on the court. And also any of those guys like Steph, Kevin Durant, any of those guys I grew up playing with on video games and on 2K and watching them on TV, they were guys I always idolized. So yeah, anytime I'm playing against guys like that, it's pretty surreal.
That's bizarre that you're playing a video game against a bloke and then you're actually playing against him. Right. I know. It's crazy. Best teammate you've played with?
Shea Gilchrist Alexander MVP he's probably going to win him again this year so yeah him what separates him well there's a lot of things I think how hard he works that's probably the number one anytime I went back to the gym he was in there he's always working out he's always getting extra reps and I think how like he's a superstar but he's the most humble superstar I've ever been around and he wants to make everyone around him better so like when you have a guy like that who's leading the child for a team that's why they're so successful that's why they win championships and that's why he's going to win another MVP this year podcast do you listen to them
Sometimes. Give me one you listen to. Doesn't have to be your favourite. Power Games. This is why you deliver for your sponsors. There's all these social media clips that go out from this. That's the one I want to go out. No, nicely done, mate. No, I appreciate that. Something you are scared of.

Chapter 4: What was Josh Giddey's journey before the NBA?
Yeah. You got to watch out for those reality shows. I'm sure you'll get asked to come on at some stage. Something that Josh Giddey is good at that we wouldn't know. It doesn't matter how minute or bizarre it is. I think I'm good at... I'm a really good poker player. Are you? Yep. Okay. Tell us about your poker days here in Melbourne. Who do you play with? Luke Tunnicliffe.
Yes, he would love that.
Warney. Warney, yep. The Hashems. I play with a lot of guys.
Does Maxie come in as well?
Maxie's in there. There's been a lot of guys. Aaron Finch. Oh, Finchie. Campbell Brown. Right. We've got a lot of guys, so it's good fun, those tables.
Campbell Brown is one of the most entertaining people you could ever meet. He's a funny guy. He would provide fun. Okay, last couple for you. What does it mean to you to represent the green and gold when you pull on the boomer singlet?
For me, that's like the pinnacle of basketball. For an Australian kid growing up, I watched the Boomers every time there was a World Cup or Olympic Games. That for me was something I always wanted to do. And I probably put that above the NBA in terms of when I was a kid, like aspiring to play at one level. The Boomers was always the top for me.
And yeah, to do that, I've been to one Olympics, one World Cup. And yeah, the green and gold, there's not really worlds. Different emotion comes at you when you represent the country. So yeah. And the Olympics comes around once every four years. So when you put the jersey on, you better be ready to go. And yeah, it's an unbelievable feeling.
Favourite American city outside of the two that you have lived in? Because I understand you don't get to see much of them, but you've seen a lot of the country.
