He has no criminal record, he's always kept his nose clean. Um but he has been very much in the shadow of his daddy. He's adores his father.
Jerry Hutch's son Jason, previously a little known member of the family, was arrested in Lanzarote in April and now has lost a months-long legal battle against extradition back to Ireland.
He felt the arrest was politically motivated. What he said was they can't arrest me again, so they nick my son.

37-year-old Jason is one of the next generation of the family. Some of the younger crop have had more significant criminal histories, others have no convictions at all, and a few had their lives taken in the bloody feud with Guinness.
He had to present himself to be shot in the legs. And he was shot in the legs by Daniel Kinnan in person. Um and was then rushed by his cousin up to Dumatra Hospital.
I'm Fionon Sheehan and today on the Indo Daily, I'm joined by special correspondent with the Irish dependent Paul Williams and by Irish independent multimedia reporter Darren Nolan to look at the impending extradition of Jason Hutch and take a look back over the Hutch family tree. Darth, talk to me so why are we hearing so much about Jason Hutch, who is the son of Jerry DeMonk Hutch?
Yeah, so Jason who it wouldn't Jason Hutch wouldn't really have been a name we would have heard a whole lot about over the course of of the last few years or certainly during the the Hutch Kennedy feud, but he has been in the news quite a bit in recent months because back in April he was um he was arrested over in Lanzarote on foot uh of a European arrest warrant. And since then there's been an ongoing legal battle that he has been fighting to stop himself being extradited to Ireland. And the latest on that is that he has lost an appeal against that extradition, so it looks like that that legal battle is going to be coming to an end and that he could soon be extradited back to Ireland.
Why is he being extradited back here?
So it's being alleged that he's involved in in money laundering, money laundering alongside his father, Jerry Hutch, um within the Hutch Organized Crime Gang. And That feeds into one of the arguments that he actually made against his extradition.
