After infidelity, it can feel like you need to decide immediately: Am I staying, or am I leaving? But the urgency to make that decision often comes from how uncomfortable uncertainty feels - not because you’re actually ready to choose.
In this video, I explain why not deciding yet can be a legitimate decision, and why questions like “Can cheaters change?”, “Do they deserve forgiveness?”, or “Would a healthy person stay?” can only take you so far.
Ultimately, decision-making comes down to a different framework, which I break down in this video in three parts.
There may be no option without pain, risk, or uncertainty. The goal isn’t to find a choice with no downside. It’s to determine which trade-offs you’re willing to make for the future you actually want.
