Healing after being cheated on is not about pretending it never happened, suppressing the pain, or trying to go back to who you were before. It’s about reaching a point where the betrayal is included as part of your story, but it no longer becomes the lens through which you see yourself, your relationship, your past, or your future. We’ll also talk about one of the hardest parts of betrayal trauma: holding conflicting truths at the same time. Maybe there was love and betrayal.
