Today we are joined by Romi Gaspirc, a security risk management advisor who will share her inspiring journey through the security sector. Romi grew up in Slovenia, ex-Yugoslavia, and acquired a MSc degree in environmental sciences in the Netherlands, with a focus on the Middle East water policy. After working in development and non-governmental sectors in developing countries, she transitioned into a humanitarian security in 2015. She has since worked in South Sudan, Kenya, Iraq, Yemen and North-East Syria.
