But we did have the opportunity to record another episode for you because we are putting some episodes in the can, ladies and gentlemen, because I am getting married and I'm sure I'm going to be running around trying to figure out how to stack cupcakes here very shortly. I don't know. There's myriad things. I'm here with Sarah Burke, Caitlin Greene, and this is our catch-up episode. Welcome to our catch-up episode. Caitlin, I'm going to start with you because you have bought a house.
My mother this morning, what's happening with Caitlin? Can I know before the podcast comes out? I'm like, okay, mom.
I want to say so many people are invested in the story, I think, because they obviously really feel for us being that we are like sort of temporarily unhoused with a toddler. But we did find a house and all things have come together exactly as they should. This worked out for the best. If we had bought any of the places that we looked at earlier... And we wouldn't have got this house on this exact street for this price, which is under budget what we were going to pay for other houses. And it's a 30-day close, which is almost unheard of in Toronto real estate. It's always like a 60 to 90-day close.
Oh, God.
It's a fast close. So we will be in the house mid-August. And I... I know. And it's like, it's a thrill. And it's a very like historic, charming home. Like there's stuff that we want to do to it because it only has one bathroom. So we have to like, yeah. And like our condo had two bathrooms. Like we have had an en suite for, you know, 10 years.
