Kenneth Morrow 2:29
Uh, that's pretty much how we started. Now we do mostly commercial, like ninety five percent, ninety percent.
Rudy Mawer 2:33
Okay. And what's uh the commercial masonry entail?
Kenneth Morrow 2:37
So a lot of retail stores, uh schools, um uh, you know, like hangers, like anything built out of block that's bigger or you know, but mostly retail. Um We do a lot of like uh Branding, branding branded buildings.
Rudy Mawer 2:53
Okay. So in my mind, uh, you know, I'm not I'm not the I'm not the America's best builders handyman guy, right? But masonry, I'm thinking bricks, right? What else what else is it?
Kenneth Morrow 3:03
Brick block, uh ethos, which is like that stucco look. Okay. Um down here you guys have a lot of and Miami, you guys have a lot of like uh concrete with stucco over it. All right. Up north we do like a uh insulation, like two to four inches of insulation. And then it has a thin layer of uh stucco over it. So we offer that. We offer brick, block, stone.
Rudy Mawer 3:25
Okay. Yeah, the that stucco gets a lot of cracks also.
Kenneth Morrow 3:29
So uh when you do it direct apply to somebody, yeah. But when you do on the insulation, it it holds up pretty good.
Rudy Mawer 3:35
Oh, okay, okay.

What role did wrestling and personal discipline play in his entrepreneurial mindset?

Rudy Mawer 3:36
Um, and so yeah, how long have you been in business for? Uh I've been in
Kenneth Morrow 3:41
business since two thousand and fourteen, so roughly twelve years.
Rudy Mawer 3:44
Okay, okay. And so how big's your team now?
Kenneth Morrow 3:47
So the team is roughly today. Uh we we vary. We usually go like between four and ten people.
Rudy Mawer 3:54
All right. Uh and yeah, I mean having a business for twelve years, uh that's quite an accomplishment, right? Uh congrats on that. And yeah, how do how do you how did you build your team? Was it solo at first or you had a couple crew?
