Being super, super anxious at a young age and and coming up with trying to find solutions. And one of the easiest ones that was introduced to me was drinking and drugging and it's a solution until it's not.

Yeah, yeah. I started pretty young and then um uh and got sober at twenty one. And then uh travel being a huge part of my healing and and it really is so much more one of the hardest things I've ever done is get sober, but the easiest thing I've ever done is stay sober. Yeah. And it's because of the life that I live today.

Yeah, thanks, man. Uh so my name is Zach Spauert. Um, I'm in Bali, like you said, in Bali, Indonesia. Uh, but born and raised in in the US. You can probably tell by my accent. Um, yeah, so I'm a clinical coach. I'm a dual masters clinician. I just finished this book I was telling you a little bit about earlier here. I don't know if it's on the screen. Love Unlacked, a guide to self-acceptance and conscious relating. And then I got the um Uh, I got the legacy maker show coming out here pretty soon too, which is all about the sober, sober journey. Uh, you know, being sober almost 20 years and traveling the world solo and sober. And it's a big, big, big part of my story. So excited to chat with you about it. Thanks for having me on.

So that's a big part of my story is like how you can get sober at a young age, even though it's I know alcohol free is a little bit more cool these days and trendy, but At twenty one, almost twenty years ago it wasn't quite the case, so it was a Big part of my story getting through that, getting into a lot of a lot of mischief. And then uh travel being a huge part of my healing and Uh meeting cool people and doing cool stuff along the way. So back in
