Shae (Shay) Regan 0:00
I was told I couldn't be an artist.
Look at you.
Shae (Shay) Regan 0:03
Well, that's what I said. I said, just watch. I said, tell me I can't do something and watch it happen.
Yeah, for sure.
Shae (Shay) Regan 0:08
I've been a career artist. And, you know, that's where my passion has been is, you know, this is a gift that's given to me. I believe everyone's here for an amazing mission. I can often see what someone's strengths and talents are that they might not see themselves or no one has juiced them in. And so bringing that forth has been like a mission of mine.

Shea Regan is a holistic health expert, wellness educator, and transformational coach, and the founder of Health Burst, where she helps people overcome chronic health challenges through natural healing and cellular wellness.
Shae (Shay) Regan 0:39
I believe everybody's made to succeed. Everyone has a mission to accomplish. And my guilt motivation is if you don't do it, it's not going to get done.
Sure.
Shae (Shay) Regan 0:47
Right? I think the way the world, the way it's set up is purposely to sabotage us achieving our goals. So I think we need to learn to evolve and recognize we're here for a greater purpose. And I think we really need to start.

It spans the globe like a super high school internet. Today, Apple is going to reinvent the phone. It's not over until I win. The Living Your Legacy podcast for those who live to leave a legacy.
That's it.

You can live
Ray Gutierrez 1:39
Welcome back to another episode of the Women in Power podcast. For Insight Success, I'm Ray Gutierrez. Joining me today is quite an energy dealer, an energy wheeler, Shayna Ray. How are you?
Shae (Shay) Regan 1:52
I'm doing well.
Ray Gutierrez 1:52
Did I get your name correct?
Shae (Shay) Regan 1:53
Shay Reagan.
Ray Gutierrez 1:54
Shay Reagan. I knew I was gonna mess it up out the gate.
Shae (Shay) Regan 1:57
It's okay.
Ray Gutierrez 1:57
Shay Reagan. Shay Reagan, welcome to the Women in Power podcast. An energy dealer, an energy wheeler. Welcome. You just finished filming your episode. How do you feel?
Shae (Shay) Regan 2:07
I'm excited. I'm bubbly. It was such a wild experience. It was so fun.
Ray Gutierrez 2:12
Wild experience. What exactly happened in the session with Jason?
Shae (Shay) Regan 2:17
Oh, it stays in the studio, stays in the studio. It happens in the studio. Just the evolution of discovery. What's the whole journey been like? Looking at it in a consolidated form has been very epiphanic for me.
Ray Gutierrez 2:33
I got to ask, Shay, where does the intergalactic journey for you start? You just don't wake up a star child. When did reality unclick and click for you again?
Shae (Shay) Regan 2:45
Well, I think my heart's always been for people that struggle. And if I can offer an answer to something for them to alleviate that struggle and to give them some clarity so they have the freedom to make choices, that's very exciting for me.
Awesome.
Ray Gutierrez 3:01
Where... Where does your struggle begin where you were able to essentially exercise what you practice today?
Shae (Shay) Regan 3:10
In my upbringing, I was adopted. And in that dynamic, parents weren't parenting. There was no guidance. And so I found I had to figure things out on my own. And I sought other adults, teachers. You know, my Girl Scout leader was absolutely nuts. And I love that. I realized that I couldn't get all my information from one source. So I started talking and researching and learning on my own. The driving force was I didn't like to be confused. I didn't like to, you know, fear the unknown. And I realized the only way to get over fearing the unknown was to know what it was you were afraid of. So I've always been one of those types of people that just hit something head on. And that way you eliminate anything that might stop you.
Ray Gutierrez 3:59
I've got to ask, what did you learn? What are you afraid of?
Shae (Shay) Regan 4:03
Just, you know, not being prepared maybe for a circumstance. My situation was where I was signed up for things that I don't remember signing up for. I was put into dance. I was put into softball. And they were experiences, but I was never asked.
Hmm.
Shae (Shay) Regan 4:20
What would you like to do? Who are you really? And I find there's a lot of that goes on and people get stuck in confusion, not knowing who they are, what they really want to do. I'd like to take people back to their authenticity. What excites them? What are they strong in? What do they have an interest in? And to build on that.
