You assume they: – Live in the gym – Have unlimited time – Know exactly what to eat – Aren't dealing with normal life stress And honestly, some of that is true. But here's the real question: Does the system still work for someone with: A desk job. A commute. Kids. Stress. Broken sleep. A full calendar.
