Chapter 1: What red flags emerged about the White House shooting?
Since we reported yesterday on the serious red flags that have surfaced about this alleged shooting incident by the White House at the same time on Saturday that Donald Trump was announcing this potential deal with Iran and while Trump was not at his son's wedding and we did this video red flag surfacing, there's been even more red flags surfacing and we have some court records right now
regarding the individual who was alleged to be the shooting suspect, who's now dead, an individual by the name of Nasir Best, 21 years old, used to work in an Amazon factory, alleged to have schizophrenia, believed that he was Jesus Christ. And he had numerous incidents at the White House where he had made these threatening statements and threatened to
do horrible things at the White House in 2025. These court records show that he had what's referred to as an FTA, a failure to appear at his court appearances going back to July 2025. And he was on the radar of the Trump regime officials for a very long time. He was on the radar of Secret Service officials.
And ultimately, the buck stops with Jeanine Pirro, who is the United States attorney for Washington, D.C. She's the top federal prosecutor in D.C. Now, the way the D.C. court system works is that the Superior Court Division, their lawyers, ultimately report to the United States attorney in Washington, D.C. That's Jeanine Pirro, the top federal prosecutor in D.C.
She oversees the Superior Court Division. And so Pirro oversees the lawyers who knew that this guy who was making all of these threats around the White House, Nasir Best, was on the loose. And a very basic surveillance around the White House, in my view, would have showed that this guy was around the area. He didn't leave anywhere. He didn't just disappear.
The guy was in Washington, D.C., and they did nothing about it. I mean, at the very least, this is a massive security breakdown. And as you elevate up the ladder and think about what the red flags could be here, the The questions that should be asked is, did Jeanine Pirro and the Trump regime know about this guy, know about his threats?
I mean, I think they were at least on constructive notice and allow him to be in this area to continue to make these threats. And then the question is, why?

Chapter 2: Who was Nasir Best and what was his history?
Did they allow it to happen so it could be used as a pretext for the Golden Ballroom? Because the Trump regime, Donald Trump, His White House spokespeople immediately after this incident, you see, we need golden ballroom. We need golden ballroom. And I'm not suggesting that the shooting didn't happen. I don't want to go there.
But my question is, were they aware that they had these violent schizophrenic people who were sufficiently far enough away from the White House where there wasn't a real threat being posed, but they would cause situations and scenes that could then be used as a pretext to say, see, I'm not safe. I need a golden ballroom that taxpayers need to pay for.
And also the timing of it occurring right in the middle of Donald Trump announcing this catastrophic deal with Iran and him being criticized by lots of people in his party. Let's go through the data as we do here on the Midas Touch Network. Let's go through the court filings. Let's go through the superior court rules. So we just we stick to the facts.
Draw the implications that you will, we stick to the facts. Late last night, Donald Trump's Department of Justice made another court filing, which seems that Donald Trump himself wrote, seeking to leverage this purported shooting on Saturday, to build the ballroom and to stop a judge from blocking the ballroom construction. The Trump DOJ calls the latest episode a, quote, assassination attempt.
It cites news reports, but no other proof for legal cases, ending with an exclamation point, as Josh Gerstein puts it, Let's go through the filing that Donald Trump made last night. I mean, doesn't this raise massive red flags? Here's what it says. Notice of supplemental authority in support of motion for indicative ruling dissolving the court's injunction.
In other words, judge, stop blocking the construction of our ballroom. We need it built because of this incident that just took place. And here's what the Trump DOJ wrote, although it looks like Donald Trump himself wrote it. On Saturday night, May 23rd, a shooter once again sought to murder the president, his family, and his staff at the historic White House complex.
We submit this urgent filing to update the court on a second attempted assassination on the president within a single month. Last night, shortly after 6 p.m., an armed assassin approached a White House security checkpoint near 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, professionally pulled a high caliber gun from a bag and opened fire in the exact direction of the White House.
brave Secret Service officers returned fire. The gunman was killed and an innocent bystander was seriously wounded in the shooting. This second attack on the president this month underscores the critical need for top-level, state-of-the-art security at the White House, including the ballroom, a knitted, unified,
cohesive part of the East Wing project, which is vital for national security and is being constructed to ensure the president can perform his constitutional duties in a safe and heavily secured facility. The court's unlawful injunction has wrongfully cast a cloud of uncertainty around the future of the entire East Wing project, which is being constructed

Chapter 3: What role did the Trump administration play in the shooting incident?
His online presence, This guy was online, people knew where he was. He believed he was Jesus Christ. He had other incidents around the White House. That's fact number one, right? Let's go through his court document. Hat tip Anarchy Princess, she does a great job pulling up a lot of these court records. She said, saw it being reported that the shooter, Nassari Best,
had previously been arrested near the White House and received a stay away order. Looks like he was released the day of that incident, July 11th, 2025, did not stay in compliance with pretrial, never showed back up to court and had a bench warrant. So that means he was arrested for previously making threats in 2025. And this actually happened multiple times. He didn't show up to his court case.
There was a warrant for his arrest. But no one went out and arrested him. And think about this. With all of the effort that the Trump regime puts into rounding up migrants and throwing them into concentration camps and hunting down abuela and abuelo and abuela who have been here 30 years, hardworking, taxpaying people, finding them, surveilling their homes, throwing them into detention centers.
Someone who's made threats against the White House and Donald Trump doesn't show up to court and they're like, yeah, whatever. Let's let this guy roam around Washington, D.C. Red freaking flag. Red freaking flag. Let's look at the docket. July 11, 2025, charges filed for what? Unlawful entry into the White House. Then they have his arraignments that day.
You'll see that he was released the same, they released him that day. They gave him a stay away order. As you go through, he had to, through the docket, he had to show back up August 7th, 2025. He does not show up on August 7th, 2025. An alert is issued, FTA means

Chapter 4: How did the court system handle Nasir Best's threats?
failure to appear for Nasir Best right there. And then it says the defendant did not appear for this hearing and counsel of record did not have representations. The government's request for a warrant was granted. The government, they report to Jeanine Pirro. And then it basically, that's the last docket right there. We have his The affidavit from before his arrest, this is July 10th, 2025.
Let me just share with you July 10th, 2025. The event occurred Thursday, July 10th, 2025 at 1726 hours right by the White House. Officer Vargas in full police uniform was working at a pedestrian access control post at the White House when he observed suspect one, later identified as Nasir Best, walk into a restricted area by using the exit turnstile lane located by the station.
The restricted area has multiple signs stating do not enter. And then it goes on to say they arrived on scene.
uh they they see secret service sees him they see that he was trying to gain access to these areas where he didn't belong he was placed under arrest for unlawful entry and so then they issued uh then they issued a warrant a new interview with someone who knew nasir best dropped anarchy princess posts it We both worked alongside each other, sitting and chatting every day.
He came to me about everything and everything was fine until randomly he started talking about being in control of people and reality. And he started talking about being in reality and how he could tap into different frequencies and hear and peep things that we couldn't. Eventually, Patterson said that Nasir Best became convinced that he was God, which led him to quit his job at Amazon.
He eventually blocked and stopped talking to his closest friends and disappeared, Patterson said, adding that Nasir Best was not on good terms with his family. Best began having run-ins with Secret Service officers last summer when he would walk around the White House and stop at various entry points and ask officers how he could get inside, according to court records.
In late June, the Secret Service sought to have Best involuntarily committed after he blocked a vehicle trying to enter the White House grounds. Then on July 10th, Best was arrested after he walked through an exit turnstile, that was what I read for you before, and tried to go further into the White House grounds.
Officers and court records said Best told them that he was Jesus Christ and that he wanted to get arrested.

Chapter 5: Why was there a security breakdown around the White House?
A D.C. judge released Best, who pled not guilty, apparently on the condition that he stay away from the White House. And then he didn't show up to his next court appearance And again, you would think this would register at Jeanine Pirro's level or at least some deputies level. Hey, guy threatening Trump, threatening White House on the loose. He's saying he's Jesus. He's saying he's God.
He keeps on doing it. No, they just let him go all over the place, basically. Just so you can see for yourself, that case was filed in Superior Court Division. It's the district court. Imagine like state court, if you will, versus federal court, but that's district court, the superior court.
The superior court division is responsible for prosecuting most local crimes occurring within the District of Columbia. The mission of the superior court division is to promote public safety and vindicate the rights of victims by fairly, impartially, and consistently enforcing... criminal laws of the United States and the District of Columbia.
And then it is reporting to the United States Attorney's Office, you see at top there, and that's Jeanine Pirro, the federal prosecutor. Now, I will share this with you as well. Right after the incident, Donald Trump made the following social media post about ballrooms.
Thank you to our great Secret Service and law enforcement for the swift and professional action taken this evening against a gunman near the White House who had a violent history and possible obsession with our country's most cherished structure. The gunman is dead after an exchange of gunfire with Secret Service agents near the White House gates.
The event is one month removed from the White House correspondent dinner shooting. and goes to show how important it is for all future presidents to get what will be the most safe, secure space of its kind ever built in Washington, D.C. The national security of our country demands it. Lots of people were kind of mocking Donald Trump saying this and the way everything's gone down recently.
I saw somebody post this parody breaking. The following bullets have been recovered at the scene of today's White House shooting. And the bullets say, anti-ballroom. Or I saw somebody post this meme. Trump still spamming the assassination gimmick in 2026. Now, here's how they were reporting about it on ABC. Selena Wang, as you remember,
was one of the reporters who was there who heard the gunfire while she was doing a social media hit. And remember, most of the bullets you hear are coming from the Secret Service, and the shooter was not really all that close even. Nasir Best was...
I mean, he was a healthy distance away from the White House, never got through the perimeter, but all those shots you heard were from the Secret Service coming down, those 30 rounds or so that you heard. Here's how they describe it on ABC. Donald Trump is using this to try to build the ballroom. This is what they're saying on ABC. Play this clip.

Chapter 6: How did Trump leverage the shooting for political gain?
But you know what it kind of reminds me of a little bit? And tell me if you disagree. Remember, like, when... Media tried to normalize how weird of a guy Barron Trump is. He's a weirdo. And in my view, a grifter also. Not giving you my opinion, of course. And then remember after the 2024 elections, they were all doing like, my suitcase, my suitcase.
And they tried to turn it into a funny meme to normalize all of this. You know, I'm just saying that, like, people are turning this into, like, a funny meme and look how she reacted and da-da-da-da-da. But to me, this is all playing into what the White House ultimately wants for its propaganda, which is the Golden Ballroom.
And they're kind of, like, they're kind of treating it like a joke, right? I mean, it reminds me of the White House Correspondents incident as well, which is, like, they were all laughing afterwards, like, it's funny. Like if these are, if we are to take these things seriously, people should act like these are serious things.
And here's how Sirkin reacted, just to remind you. What is that? What is that? It sounds like fire. Where? Today, but this obviously comes...
Anyway, there you have it. Let me know what you think.
