Okay, we'll agree to a 60-day ceasefire, then why don't we put it to the vote of the Ukrainian people once there's 60 days of ceasefire, if Russia can agree to that, put it to a vote if they wanna be part of Russia or if they wanna be part of Ukraine.
So let the people decide, and we need to make sure it's a free and fair election. Why don't you let the people of Donbass, why don't you let the people of Eastern Ukraine, why don't you let them make the decision?
