Department of Energy as part of the multilateral effort to release 400 million barrels of oil to stabilize the market, Donald Trump authorized the Department of Energy to release 172 million barrels of oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve beginning next week. According to the release, it will take approximately 120 days to deliver. So how is that helping oil?
