Rossa Mulcahy, Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General of the Defence Forces was appointed his role on 1st june. taking this position, Lieutenant Mulcahy faces multiple issues. Firstly, Irish peacekeepers must wait to find out the future of the Lebanon peace mission as a un vote will take place later this week.
