According to The Athletic, McKenna allegedly struck a 21-year-old man in the face during an altercation with the man suffering facial injuries that required corrective surgery. He was arraigned on charges Wednesday and released on $20,000 unsecured bail. Preliminary hearing. scheduled for February 11th. The maximum penalty for first-degree felony aggravated assault in Pennsylvania is 20 years in prison and or a $25,000 fine. We all know it's not going to come to that, but I'll go to limits then.
