In this episode, we discuss ASB's new "Back My Build" interest rate. The bank is tapping into the Reserve Bank's 'Funding For Lending' programme to fund this low rate. This allows property and real estate investors to borrow at much cheaper rates than an existing property. This further tips the economics away from existing and towards new properties. We also mention our upcoming tour to Christchurch, Queenstown, Auckland and Wellington where we are taking out 10 investors in each city + partners.
