Borrowing Money Through Look Through Companies – What Property Investors Need to Know ⎜ Ep. 1295
29 Mar 2023
In this episode, we discuss the finer details of borrowing money to invest through a look-through company. When an investor decides to purchase a property through a look-through company (or a trust) they will often need to sign a personal guarantee. We go through what this means and the different options property investors have to protect themselves.
