In this episode, we discuss whether main cities or small towns are better for property investors. Andrew and Ed go back and forth to offer three arguments each. Andrew argues that main cities have better security of tenancy and capital growth, along with more consistent capital growth. He also argues that main cities and small towns have comparable long term net yields (contrary to what many property investors think). Ed argues that small towns are cheaper, which make them easy to get started for first-time property investors who are light on equity.
