Rank the Banks – Which Bank Gives You Mortgage Money Easiest? ⎜ Ep. 1364

In this episode, we rank the banks. This includes talking about 5 of the major banks in New Zealand (ANZ, BNZ, ASB, Westpac and TSB). We rank them in order of which banks are most willing to lend money based on their income criteria. For this, we are joined by two mortgage advisers – Peter Norris and April Hastilow, both from Catalyst Financial. Of course, this episode is based on the experience of the two brokers (and they don't always agree). And just because one bank might provide the "easiest" yes for one person doesn't mean it will be the same for another. Similarly, even if a bank has stricter lending criteria, it could still be the right fit for you. This episode aims to help you become a more informed investor, so you can appreciate that not all banks are the same.
