Harsh has clearly been listening to our weekly podcasts and he knows that Crewe is an area that we’ve mentioned numerous times on the podcast and an area Property Hub Homes even built a development in. But he’s also listened to the episode on Rob D’s investment in Nottingham and is now worried that because he only paid £75,000 for his property, it’s not going to benefit from capital appreciation.
