First up, this listener wants to know the best way to achieve his goal of a passive income of £2,000 a month. He’s figured out that to achieve this he’d roughly need around seven buy-to-let properties, and he’s got a few ideas of how he can get there. He’s recently completed a flip with a friend and has around £75,000 in profit that he can use to invest again. Should he continue flipping until he has enough cash to purchase all seven buy-to-lets at once, or should he purchase a couple of buy-to-lets now, let the market do its work, refinance and then purchase more properties later on?
