Then for Episode 270 we took a year by year look at the 18 year property cycle from 2008, right up to today. This week we continue our analysis of the cycle by looking into the future. We’re going to go year by year - right up to the next crash. Some bold predictions are in store. We’re either very brave or very foolish.
