Quiet is Strong! I have learned to celebrate what's great about being an introvert. The words quiet and strong are not a dichotomy. I believe this now, but I did not always. I tried for many years to figure out how to be more like others and not be so “quiet”. Ironically, I have discovered that the “quiet” part of me is what makes me strong. And understanding yourself makes you strong.
