Two months ago Mitch Ammons achieved the seemingly impossible. He qualified for the Olympic Trials Marathon at the California International Marathon with a time of 2:16:48. It gave me motivation and drive to always become better, it’s given me a community that I call family, my best friends, girlfriend, and continued sobriety have to be credited from running, 3 years ago I set an outrageous, almost unimaginable goal that I would qualify for the Olympic Marathon Team Trials in 2024.
