Chapter 3: How can property management impact investment success?
They're all basic steps that we all can do every day, you know, trying to avoid the stimulant cycle, which is coffee as soon as you get up and then sugar at three o'clock and then alcohol or another stimulant in the evening. And then by the time you go to bed, your body's exhausted. That's why you need coffee the next morning. It's almost like investing in stocks, commercial property.
You've got to really think in terms of what businesses are going to do well. The risk can be high, but the reward is certainly higher as well. Having good communication as a property manager is imperative to the success of the investment because they're going to be communicating both with yourself as well as the tenants, negotiating and really managing that investment to make sure it performs.
Yeah, everybody's entrepreneurial to some degree as opposed to what they were 20 years ago. So I think that form factor of education and smarts
