It took me an abusive relationship and 2 kids later before I decided to focus on myself and my healing, determined that my healing was my priority, and I had no more time for excuses. When surviving is all you have known, it’s so worth it to ako (learn) how to live. To share is to heal, to empower, to give courage and to strengthen. There is so much power in our collective stories, and I cannot wait to share mine with you.
