For those that are unfamiliar with the term, Dynamic pricing is a pricing strategy that enables restaurants to be more profitable by taking a data-driven approach to pricing. With physical menus, this was virtually impossible, but now with Delivery platforms 1st party ordering systems Digital menu boards QR Code ordering Restaurants are able to dynamically price at scale. Chipotle is a great example of a success story using dynamic pricing. In their spring earnings report, they credited pricing as one of the reasons why they saw major growth over the last year.
