And then I've also heard him talk about Cuba. Their literacy rate is 97%. When did you realize how out of whack the Democrats were going? 80% of the American people are with you on these things. Close the border, which he's done. Deport criminals. Where do you run into trouble? You run into trouble and say, hey, I'm going to deport grandma who's been here like 25 years. Are we gonna deport everybody that's, you know, working on a farm?
Are we gonna deport everybody that's working, you know, in construction, et cetera, et cetera? Well, we actually need some of those people, okay, to work. There has to be a
way
to resolve this problem, because it's almost physically impossible to deport 30 million people. will actually step on the gas, you know, probably in Iran or something, trying to get that over with before the Democrats take over in January. The Democrats will immediately impeach him. Then they'll try to starve him, starve the military to, they may even eliminate aid to Israel and basically, you know, tie our hands. You'll then see the government in Venezuela become emboldened, because right now we have them, right, by the neck. But all they're trying to do is trying to, you know, outlast Trump. Just wait. What are the Republicans doing wrong in terms of messaging that this thing is even remotely

good to have you in studio. My pleasure. You like just wandering around Florida on our humid days, figuring out what's going on with the locals. It's not humid today. I mean, come on, I've been here for 60-something years. This is a really nice day, not bad. That actually is where I wanted to start. I thought we'd do a little bio on you first,

obviously, born in Havana, from Cuba, you know, I'm five years into my Florida life here. I'm never leaving. They can bury me in the Everglades. I love it here. I love the Cubans. I love the Venezuelans. Where are you from? Culture of freedom. Where are you from? Originally from New York, but then lived in California for eight years. And then obviously during COVID, saw the promised land over here and here we are. We say for New Yorkers and Californians that eventually you'll be constituents. One way or another, although I have talked to Governor DeSantis about maybe closing the border because it's a mess.

Well, I mean... I came here in November of 1960 with my grandmother, my mother, my sister. My father stayed in Cuba for about another month or so as he was finishing up business and all that.
