Keys to success: Commitment - like all good things in life, consistency is the secret sauce Start barefoot - take the shoes completely off Start slowly - walk or run a mile, that’s it Build slowly - 1 mile a week for a few weeks, then add a mile per week Resist the urge to run your normal distance for a very long time Don’t fixate on your footstrike - get the hands in the right position, elbows back, run tall Have a question?
