Alcuni mesi fa ho scritto un articolo e registrato un podcast riguardo allo sconto.Per essere più preciso, mi sono focalizzato su cosa accade quando si fa uno sconto, descrivendone l'impatto finanziario con un esempio molto semplice.Nel corso delle ultime settimane però, parlando con studenti e colleghi, mi sono accorto che la conoscenza che noi commerciali abbiamo degli effetti dello sconto sui profitti (e non solo) aziendali è davvero scarsa.Proprio per questo ho deciso di parlare con uno specialista.Ho avuto infatti il piacere di intervistare Alessandro Monti, Dean of Marketing, Sales & Retail Faculty alla CBS International Business School di Colonia per discutere di questo tema.
