We spent a weekend on a men's retreat in Las Vegas, NV at the home of Ernesto Segismundo with Uriah Guilford and Connor McClenahan-all therapists and business owners. Our goal was to connect, help each other with business ideas, and have fun! While we were there we recorded this episode around the table. We talked about how we, as men, take care of ourselves, connect with others, and be vulnerable.
