Stephanie studied Nutrition at university and then went to work for a major food producer. Then through twists and turns of her career path, ended up with a post graduate business degree and a marketing career. Her passion for food and nutrition never stopped and she kept up her professional knowledge and in her spare time went on numerous cookery courses.She created How2EatWell when her children were small and focused on helping people in midlife improve their health. Volunteering for the charity Diabetes UK she was heavily involved with type 2 diabetes prevention and her efforts were recognised with a reward for inspiring change.Type 2 is common;y diagnosed in mid life at the same time women go throug menopause, so menopause became more and more of the discussion with clients and became more core to my work. She took a role at a menopause retreat as a nutritionist and never looked back.
