Nature lives through four seasons year by year, and so do we women cycle through four inner seasons month by month. We are not always in the same mood and many challenges in daily life lose their scarce if we learn to understand WHY our energy levels aren't always the same. To get to know your inner spring, summer, autumn and winter supports us to connect to ourselves, our body and inner wisdom. And in that way we feel less at mercy of our mood and we can use the knowledge about the menstrual cycle to bring lightness and joy into our life. In this episode I am talking to the wonderful Josianne Hoesener. Josianne is a menstrual-cycle-mentor , «Menstruationskundige» and author. Since more than 10 years she is supporting women to learn to understand their body and menstrual cycle und to create a bloody brilliant life in harmony with the knowledge about the menstrual cycle. Her book «Back to the roots» - sadly only existing in German - all about cyclical living with huge joy, has been sold more than 10`000 times.
