What's up, Star Wars fans? Welcome back to another episode of the Star Wars Underworld Podcast. We are your source for the latest breaking Star Wars news reviews and discussion each and every week. And this week on the show, we're gonna be talking about Star Wars A New Hope and Starfighter coming to 70 millimeter IMAX next year. Somebody call Christopher Nolan. Joining me on the show is my good friend, Mr. Dominic Jones.
Hello, Chris. Hello, Ben. Hello, everybody. Uh very excited to be here, but equally angry to not be at the Lucas Museum right now. I've been so enjoying the last couple of weeks of seeing or last couple last week or so of people's posts from being there, the preview events, and now that it's gonna be open to the public very, very soon. It it looks like such a Wonderful, marvelous place. And I'm really angry that I'm not there because it looks uh really, really fun. All the Star Wars stuff looks great, the non-Star Wars stuff looks great. And I really would like if you could ask, if I could be anywhere in the world right now, I think I would like to be in a movie theater watching episodes of Star Wars Detours.
That's really all. All I've ever wanted out of life. And to know that it is physically possible right now and I'm not there, I am uh disappointed. But everybody who is there, everybody who has seen it already, and everybody who gets to see it in the next uh few weeks, uh, I hope it is as amazing as it looks, and I hope you get to enjoy it. And we're gonna enjoy ourselves here talking about new hope. Starfighter and anything else we can think of. It's gonna be a great show. Ah we lost Chris. I guess in in that we might as Ben, you're also here, so why don't you say something? That's your introduction this week.
Yeah, I am I am here. Uh thank thank God and uh let me just say As someone who used to have So many technical difficulties. Whenever I see someone else going through it, I'm like Feel for you. I feel for you. I've been there. I've been there so many times and it is not fun. It is not fun in the slightest. Um, but thankfully. Knock on wood. Um I I'll stay here too. That won't have any issues.
For old time's sake, Ben, should we play the Ben Hart, the Star Wars guy song? Can that we haven't played it in a while, have we? Could that song be for everybody anytime any if you're not gonna have internet problems? What's the point of the song? Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Maybe, maybe that's the that's the thing to do. Um, yeah. Have you Ben, have you been looking at any of the uh the Lucas Museum stuff? Have you been keeping up with what's going on there? I've been trying not to.
Not not out of jealousy. It's a little bit out of jealousy, maybe, but not not mostly out of jealousy. I don't I weirdly don't want spoilers. I don't want to s watch too much of it because I'm like, I I will I'm confident enough that I'm like, I'll I'll I'll get to see this it it in a in in a relatively uh you know short amount of time. Um so like I can wait. I can wait. I'm not uh I'm not um you know I'm not impatient when it comes to that and I don't want to spoil it. I'm just I know there's a lot of amazing things. Um and I'm excited for like the whole museum.
