What foundational concepts does Ky Dickens introduce in this episode?
everyone i'm kai dickens and i'm thrilled to welcome you to the talk tracks in this series we'll dive deeper into the revelations challenges and unexpected truths from the telepathy tapes the goal is to explore all the threads that weave together our understanding of reality science spirituality and yes even unexplained things like psy abilities if you haven't yet listened to the telepathy tapes i encourage you to start there it lays the foundation for everything we'll be exploring in this journey we'll feature conversations with groundbreaking researchers thinkers, non-speakers, and experiencers who illuminate the extraordinary connections that may defy explanation today but won't for long.
Every new year, I come in with the same intention, to feel steady, have more energy, clearer focus, and real consistency. And I try to do everything right, sleep enough, eat well, move my body, but I often still feel tired and foggy, like I'm dragging through the day. And what I didn't realize is that iron deficiency doesn't always look dramatic. It often shows up quietly through patterns you might brush off, like persistent fatigue, frequent headaches, or irritability. Low iron can affect your energy, focus, mood, even things like brittle hair and nails. Because when iron is low, your body has to work harder to deliver oxygen. That's why I started taking citriol from PharmaNutra. Since I've started taking it, I've seen a noticeable difference in my energy, focus, and even my mood.
It's a premium iron supplement powered by patitin sucrosomal technology designed to help your body absorb iron three to four times more efficiently without the common side effects like nausea or constipation. It's gentle on the stomach, clinically proven in over 150 studies, backed by over 20 years of research, and it's just one capsule a day. Easy to stay consistent with. If you're starting the year feeling tired or foggy despite good habits, you're not alone. And this might be the support your body needs. Hey everyone, Kai here. So thank you so much to everyone who submitted questions.
The care and generosity you've shared is heartwarming and so clearly coming from a place of deep respect for the non-speakers and the work that we're all pursuing collectively. Thank you.
I've done my best to share what I've learned and I'm so grateful for the new questions that beget deeper exploration.
So let's dive in.
So this first question is from Kimberly, who has a minimally verbal son. And she's been working on getting him spelling.
And she's gotten him a spelling coach and has signed him up for various courses. But he's very reluctant to spell at home. And she's wondering if there's any advice to help him to spell more regularly. And Kimberly, I think there's an army of people who are going to be really able to advise you on this. And one of the things I'm excited about is we're going to start bringing non-speakers into our studios along with their parent or their CRP to start giving advice on stuff like this. And I'm not a parent of a non-speaker, so I've never sat in your shoes. And for that reason alone, I don't feel as equipped as them to give you an answer. But I will echo what many parents have told me. And for one, this is not rare that non-speakers might work with a coach or a CRP more fluidly, effortlessly than they will with their parents.
And for what I understand, there's many reasons for that. But one is that parents care so much. It's hard to completely like detach ourselves from that process.
You know, there takes so much clearing of the mind and making yourself just open and present and completely accessible for almost the non-speaker to kind of regulate through you. And I think that takes a lot of time and patience. And I know there's a lot of non-speakers who will spell with one parent and not the other.
