Sara Miley is an experienced crisis advocate and an IFS-informed, advanced certified trauma recovery coach with her own all-virtual, private practice called Full Circle Wellspring LLC.Through her own learned and lived experiences, she is passionate about helping people find the roots of their suffering. By making sense of their trauma, they can make meaning out of their healing.
