In today's episode, I was a guest speaker on Louise Upton's podcast and we spoke about our limiting money beliefs and how they can impact our reality.. I shared that childhood belief of "working hard makes you money" is complete BS and hard work and making money have no direct correlation in order to break free of this belief I had to work through a big forgiveness piece before I was able to break through this belief. We also talked about the direct impact that financial stress can have on your physical and mental health.
